Delivery & Collection
Last updated: 1 July 2026
How collection works
After a purchase, the buyer and seller arrange a convenient time and place to hand over the item, using in-platform messages. Collection is typically arranged within a few days of purchase. A public meeting point is recommended.
Shipping options, timescales & fees
- No shipping is offered by Bazarla, and there are no shipping fees. Items are collected in person.
- If a seller privately offers to deliver an item, that arrangement (and any cost) is agreed directly between the buyer and seller — it is not handled or charged by Bazarla.
- Timescale: handover is arranged directly between the two parties, usually within a few days.
Where we operate (export restrictions)
Bazarla operates in Mauritius for local sale and collection only. We do not offer export or international shipping, and listings are intended for buyers who can collect within Mauritius. Prohibited and restricted items are listed in our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy.
When payments launch
Once Bazarla introduces payments, the buyer confirms the handover at collection (via a one-time code) to release the funds to the seller. Until then, no payments are processed and buyers and sellers settle directly. See Payment Terms and Returns & Refunds.
